St. Bernard puppies born on 08-05-09, developed parvovirus at almost 7 weeks old, and were rescued by AALOC when their breeder had no funds to treat them. After extensive veterinary care costing over $12,000, 6 males and 2 females survived, and one pup died.
The adoption fee of $300 covers vaccines, neuter or spay, microchip, and ID tag.
