Why he needs to be rehomed: My mother is no longer able to care for Kobey due to age and dementia. There is nobody in our family who can accommodate a dog.

Deadline for placement: As soon as possible

Kobey gets along with other dogs. He has had limited exposure to children. Kobey is very friendly. He loves to sit in your lap, be petted anywhere, but especially scratched behind his ears. He loves to go on long walks, and he responds positively to all people. Once he gets to know you, he will be your constant companion, wherever you go.
