Eliott was picked up as a stray & brought in to the Riverside County Shelter. He hovered in the back of a kennel with 3 other dogs and appeared unfriendly, but simply was overwhelmed because he couldn't hear. His time was up because he came down with Giardia, so his rescuer came to save him.

Elliot is probably pure Cocker Spaniel, about 35lbs, approximately 9 years old and completely deaf, but otherwise has a clean bill of health. He has an easy-going disposition, is house-trained, and very loving. He doesn't need much exercise. He gets along with all other dogs, kids & people as long as they don't startle him. He would be great companion dog for a senior person who doesn't want to walk a lot.
